How Boards Can Make a Difference: Aiming for High-Performing Governance

All boards can be “high-performing” , yet too many chief executives and boards settle for “good enough” instead of exceptional. In today’s environment, hospices jeopardize their future by not tapping their board’s full potential. This session includes chief executives who will speak from personal experience about the value a board can provide and how they’ve been able to move towards exceptional.
