What does this mean in practice? It means focus and intentionality. It means working as a team and being engaged with decisions. We help hospice and palliative care organizations work toward:

  • A more agile business strategy
  • A foundation of strong governance
  • Service line planning
  • Strategic orientation
  • Robust ethical culture
  • Intentionality in every decision

We don’t believe in ad hoc. If you want an organization that maintains the highest levels of quality care and stakeholder perception, you need to make the right decisions, every time. We can help you get started.

“We chose Bill because of his experience and style.  He is available as needed, easy to work with, provides detailed information, and stays on task with major milestones.  He gave us the “right” information that answered our questions.  I could always count on a timely response no matter when I posed a question.

Real-world Leadership and Experience in Healthcare Consulting

Integriti3D’s founder, Bill Musick, doesn’t come at hospice care consulting abstractly. He has real world experience in managing end of life care.

Bill has worked  extensively with the continuum of health care services, bridging inpatient hospital services and a  variety of community‐based services, especially hospice and services to people living with HIV. Bill managed two end‐of‐life care facilities in San Francisco, serving as Executive Director during the capital campaign and  construction of one of the two facilities.

Bill has consulted with hospices across the country.  He is an expert in feasibility analysis for the development of new community‐based service  lines, market analysis, strategic planning and project management of large‐scale health care initiatives.  He has a special interest in working with chief executives and boards of directors to achieve new levels of effectiveness in the governance of public benefit organizations.

Bill writes and presents nationally, and was a Guest Lecturer for the University of Hawaii Graduate Nonprofit Management Program.  He is certified by BoardSource as a Certified Governance Trainer, and by the Compliance Certification Board in Healthcare Compliance and Healthcare Privacy Compliance.  He is a member of the Ethics Advisory Council of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.  He also serves on the Advisory Board of the National Association for Home Care & Hospice’s Home Health and Hospice Financial Management Association, where he has chaired the Innovations, Communications, and Governance and Nominating Committees.

“Bill is highly experienced, extremely intelligent, but very approachable, likeable and easy to work with.  His insights and knowledge have given us key strategic insight in to areas we have needed to understand better before execution.  The thoroughness of his approach is also inclusive of key stakeholders that lend value to the process, resulting in better outcomes.”
